How to Fix Roku Freezing Issue?

Roku Soft Reset 1: 

Step1: On the back of the Roku device you will find a Reset button which is located above the power port. 

Step2: Press the Reset button by using the paper clip and keep hold it for one second. 
Your device is reset successfully. If not, then press the Reset button for few seconds and then releases it after you will show a light blink on the front side of the device. 

Roku Soft Reset 2: 

You can also do the soft reset by using the remote control: 

Step1: 5 times press the Home button.
Step2: Press Up 1 time.
Step3: 2 times press rewind.
Step4: 2 times press fast forward.

Roku Hard Reset

If after doing the soft reset you are still getting the same Roku error then you are left with the only option i.e. Hard Reset. This process will remove all the data and reset it to the factory default settings. 

Step1: Unplug all the cables from the Roku device except power cable.
Step2: Press the Reset button for about 15 seconds.
Step3: Hold the Reset button and remove the power cord from the back side of the device.
Step4: After sometime release the Reset button and plug all cords back into the device. 
Step5: The device now takes you to the setup process again. 
Step6: Accomplish the hard reset by selecting Settings> Factory Reset> Click Yes. 

After successfully completed all the steps, you Roku device should be functional again.
